A cost effective
system for removal of sharp edges on components machined by waterjet,
nibbling and/or sheard as well as for buffing and polishing.
DEBURRINGSYSTEM 140 works with a special
type of grinding material, called ABRASIVE. 14 disks made
from strips of emery cloth are assembled on a spindle and
make up a ‘grinding-brush’. The disks are easy to change and
are available with different grain sizes, for heavy
deburring as well as for polishing. During machining the
ends of emery cloth strips will wear off and successively
replaced by new ones.
The machine is designed for removal of
sharp edges/burrs.
It can be used with good result even
for partial machining of a part of a contour, where a
special surface is required.
The emery strips will enter and remove burrs from holes
and cut-in portions.
Very thin (flexible) materials can be machined if placed
on a support-plate.
Machining is done with low noise level and is operator
friendly.
A system for a number of works!
Setting up:
The system is to be fixed on a working bench in such a way
that a clearence between the underside of the grinding
brusches and the floor can be arranged. If the working
height of the system is to be adjusted it can easily be
assembled on a standard lifttable, pneumatic or mechanically
adjusted.
